Return Policy

UPCYCLED ITEMS

All upcycled items can be returned only for store credit within 14 days after their delivery. This excludes 1/1 and custom upcycled items. After 14 days, returns are no longer available. No refunds in the form of original payment are permitted.

In order to start the return process, customers must contact our customer care team via email at shopvupcycled@gmail.com within 14 days of your item(s) delivery. Please state your order number, and reason for return. All store credit is valid for up to one year from the date issued to the customer.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to VUpcycled. The customer is also responsible for all shipping fees during the return process, including packaging supplies, and purchasing a shipping label to be delivered to our provided address. Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees. The customer must provide a tracking number to our customer care team at shopvupcycled@gmail.com. Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, neatly packed and with all original tags still attached. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered. If your return is accepted, VUpcycled will issue store credit within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

Please note that we can not offer an exchange of your item for another size or color, as limited quantities are produced. Additionally, we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to VUpcycled avoiding any discrepancy. Item(s) that will not match VUpcycled's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.

 

VINTAGE ITEMS

All vintage clothing orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed.

Please be sure to double check the description of each item for measurements, condition notes, and additional information before placing your order.

By placing an order, you understand that vintage items may have slight imperfections including but not limited to minor stains, snags, holes, discoloration, fading, pilling, graphic cracking, and scuff marks. We do our best to carefully inspect all items and disclose all flaws in the description. Please thoroughly read the item description before proceeding with your order.

No refunds will be granted if a vintage clothing item does not fit. Item measurements will be disclosed in the description and it is up to you to compare them with your own to ensure that the item will fit as desired.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. You will be required to pay an additional fee to have your item reshipped if an order is returned to us due to the following reasons:

  • Failure to pay customs fees
  • An insufficient address provided under your original order
  • Was refused by the sender
  • Sent to an address that is no longer valid
